Today,
there are lots of information around people. Those information are regarded as good
to share but, some are considered as secret because of its importance.
Some
people think that humans have a right to know and information sharing can make the
world better. For instance, many NGOs working for under developed countries
share modern technology such as agriculture and medical treatment to poor
countries because they believe it will help the poor and stop hunger.
Practically, knowledge sharing from NGOs works 이를 포함해서 문장에서 의도하신 의미에 대해 댓글 주시면 확인하고 수정해드리겠습니다.) and the poor strengthen their
ability from the shared information, according to the recent UN report.
On
the other hand, others believe that some kinds of information are too critical
to be shared. A military secret is the example of it. About a decade ago,
Snoden, who worked at CSI, exposed some secrets related in political and military
issues, (쉼표가 많다고 무조건 좋은 것은 아닙니다.) which he acquired from his workplace, to all over the world. The USA tried to
arrest him because they considered it as a crime. Also, some people denounced
him because the secret he told deteriorated the international relationship of many
nations.
I think
there are two kinds of information. One is for all people and another one is
for only some people related that information. The formal can be some
scientific research and technology, aimed at making the world better such as
releasing inequity. The letter latter can be some business and military related
information which is associated with some particular interest group. |
