It is a common belief that most people think it is not necessary to get other skills in their life because having a single skill is enough to live it does not matter to live with only a single skill. However, I firmly believe that by By having lots of skills, when people consider choosing their jobs they have many options and it would improve social positions or financial conditions.
To begin with, people who have had many skills would get lots of opportunities in choosing jobs. Working in diverse jobs with various skills help find which is the best job for them. In Korea, for instance, The the government has been conducted many programs to help job-seekers learn~~ to learn many skills or to get certificates for free for their future. Most university students want to change their major to learn other abilities because the image of their profession related to their major is different or the work they choose is different from what they thought in reality. These cases also include workers. Therefore, it is important to learn other skills to get better for getting better jobs.
On top of that, learning diverse abilities can improve social positions or financial conditions. People people who have lots of skills would make their life better by being promoted more quickly promoting fastly than others who have one skill and negotiating higher wages because most companies would require many skills when they hire employees even though they pay lots of salaries to them. For example, the development of science and technology has been made it possible to move to other countries. In other words, By with increasing opportunities for overseas employment and overseas transaction rate, many companies need employees with various skills also foreign company applicants need to learn other skills.
To sum up, those who have different skills would lead to better job options or to make lots of money. For these reasons, it is preferred to develop a range of abilities for a better future than concentrate on one skill to succeed. |
