Staying healthy is a very important part in our lives. People sometimes die because of bad health. In other words good health will preven our body from serious diseases such as cancles, reducing cholesterol and prevent from high blood pressure, or perimonia.
In my case I work out three times a week to prevent illness. There are various benefits if we do an exercise. First it prevents our body from illness as I mentioned. Second, it helps us get rid of stress. Reducing stress is a very important part in our modern life. We must be have stress, but we can avoid stress by doing an exercise. Third doing an exercise makes me grow tall. As I'm enough to grow tall, doing exercise facilliate me to grow tall. Just walking in the evening or morning then you will feel healthy.
I eat balanced meals to stay healthy. Eating balanced meals also become important part. This is one of the best ways to go on a diet. Eating balanced meals refer to eat properly. Eat too much makes fat. Getting fat is very dangerous thing. If he or she becomes fat then he or she could loose his/her confiedence. fat people also have difficulty enjoying with other collegues.
Last but not least I recommend you don't smoke and avoid drinking as possible as you can. Many people who smoke know that ciggarets have various toxic elements. My father is also a smoker. I prefered him not to smoke but he failed. Though he is healthy now, he usually get sick and suffer from stomachache.
I strongly believe working out is necessary to stay healthy as people think. Being healthy doesn't acquire without any efforts. If someone wants to live long then doing exercise eating balanced meals and don't smoke. I insist that doing these will help us be healthy |
