The diagrams show how Grange park has
changed for about 100 years from 1920 to these days.
The park has had many places to experience
nature such as flower in the past. On the other hand, the park in nowadays has expanded facilities built for humans.
Firstly, there are a lot of new facilities
that people could utilize. In the east side of the park, there are a cafe and a
play area for children in the map of today. Meanwhile, in 1920, there were a
garden and a pond in the same places. Furthermore, the car park is also
created. (1.
Secondly, the park changed significantly in
the west and middle side. Nowadays, an amphitheatre for concerts is located in
the west, although there was a only stage in the same location. Additionally,
the park of today has only two rose gardens in the west and middle. However, in
the past, rose gardens were distributed more than today, and there were three
gardens. Also, the location for the pond has moved to the south. |
