The internet has brought about a new freedom of information and so will reduce the gap between more developed and less developed countries. To what extent do you agree or disagree?
Some believe that a new freedom of information has been brought up by the internet. However, it is hard to say that this technology new freedom will probably would narrow down the gap between the countries which has developed more and less. This paper will provide some reasons to my opinion.?
In less developed countries, it is true that many people cannot afford to use the internet as it is a new technology and which requires a certain amount of money to install and maintain. If the internet is not generalised in public Mostly in undeveloped countries internet is not provided to public, so individuals who want to use internet should spend more money than in more developed countries. Due to this supply limitation, some cointries still have no proper access to the internet in public and therefore, still not close narrow down the gap as much as it is expected among the countries.?[정확히 어떤것을 나타내려하는 건지 몰라 짐작으로 다시 문장써요: In developed countries it is much easier to access internet in public and receive more informations compared to undeveloped countries.].
Even though there is a limitation to access the internet, people who are able to use can recieve more information through it, in developed countries As these people go to community where they belong to, they can And this allows people to share some information with others. Eventually, perhaps it would resulting reduce reducing the gap between countries.
However, with limited accessibility, it is hard to reduce the gap due to its speed and speed of internet negatively influence the proess of narrowing down the gap between countries. In some countries, although there is the internet public can use internet, sometimes it is too slow to use as it is not developed basically. To make it work better, a large amoumt of money should be spent on development on interenet speed.?
To sum up, despite the advantages of the internet, its including accessibility, affordability and speed can impede to reduce reducing the gap between less developed undevelopd countries and more developed countrie.
