Now days, there is an increasing trend, that corporations employ the similar number of men and women. It seems that, there are some effective sides and negative sides too.
The equal number of sexual rate in company aids positive and cheerful atmosphere. If there are only 1 sex or restrictive number of sexual rate, between males and females, it it easy to make strict and competitive atmosphere, such as armies. Furthermore, Men and women have different talents, some tasks are suitable for males, and some are suitable for females. For adequate divide of responsibilities, equal sexual rate of employment can be an appropriate method.
In other hand, there are frequent cases, people are in love with colleague, and sometimes these states disturb working seriously. These people can't concentrate on individual's tasks, and it could be a cause of exacerbation of workplace's atmosphere. Males and females each have different interests, whereas only 1 sexual employers have a lot in common with their colleague, which might contributes better atmosphere than similar number of males and females of employers, because of their similarities.
In my opinion, depends on the sorts of companies, corporations' needs should be changed. In addition, the circumstances of workplaces, the employers' rate of males and females should be flexible too. For instance, particular companies, like a cosmetic company or a car manufacturing corporation, it is undeniably required of certain sex's higher rate than other's. In conclusion, adequate men and women rate of workplaces has a lot of positive aspects, but it also has some disadvantages. For this reason, it is required corporations' attention to following this trend.
