Nowadays, many people violate seriously the law again although they have been imprisoned. Therefore, it is argued what urges them to continue to commit crimes and how we can deal with this important issue because of its effect on the human’s peaceful life.
It is assumed that they re-offend because of many reasons. Many people do not have good environment for growing up when they are children. Their families always are in finance difficulty so they cannot have chances to access education well. Their studying are usually interfered with helping their parents’ work. Therefore, they want to overcome poor lives. They want to have warm clothes and delicious meals for their parents and themselves. Without training, they can criminate many times. Besides, many employers are afraid of and consider their lives in the past. They do not want to receive people violating the law because it can affect their jobs, their other employers and their living. Moreover, their friends and neighbors do not want to contact them more. It is influence not only to their lives but also to their mental, so it is seemed to be reasons to make them violate the law again.
To tackle this problem, officials in each region can establish a community service center to create good and healthy environment for children. They can play football, badminton and have many good friends. They can learn many useful lessons from interesting actions, for example: cleaning parks and streets, collecting old clothes for charities, or becoming actors in well-educated plays, etc. These centers can be invested by government’s funds or money from any individuals. Besides, within going in the prison, they should be trained any job carefully to get good jobs because the job market in the recent time is so challenged that hundreds of people compete together for one position. Moreover, the behavior and attitude of citizens should be changed optimistically. Criminals will feel happy when they start new lives.
In conclusion, there are many reasons to make them become offender again but if the society takes care of them and holds many useful conditions, they can work well and contribute their abilities for the country’s development instead becoming dangers for the society. |
