In order to address the problem that the
cases of bullying in school are increasing and getting more serious these days,
its causes such as unsupervised children must be understood by society. To
alleviate this issue, the most practical solution would be to create
family-friendly policies.
Recently, the problem of bullying in
school is getting worse and one of the reasons why this problem happens is that
there are many children who are not supervised sufficiently. As the number of
parents working has been increasing, the parents do not have enough time to
look after their children. Many experts have consistently stated that most
children who bully other students tend to have working parents who cannot
supervise their children well because of work. Unsupervised children usually
spend their time with their friends and don’t have someone around who try to
scold them if they do wrong behavior. Thus, children who cannot be supervised fully
by their working parents can be one reason why the number of bullying in school
is increasing.
Nevertheless, to solve this problem, the
government should make family-friendly policies such as flexible work hour. In
the policies, parents would be able to spend more time with their children and
have enough time to care their children. For example, if the government create
a policy of flexible work hour and implement it, parents who were busy working
can stay with their children more and see what their children usually do in their
free time. They can even tell their children off when they get to know that
they are doing wrong behavior such as bullying other students in school. In
addition, as parents have more time to communicate with their children,
children would be able to distinguish between right and wrong by themselves.
These days, the issue of bullying in
school has been increasing and getting worse because of a variety of reason
such as unsupervised children. Nonetheless, practical solutions like
implementing a policy of flexible work hour can resolve this issue effectively. |
