As the sugar came into the market around
the world, it has made an act of eating more enjoyable. however However, with an
excessive consumption of sugar, there has been many discussions about the
harmful effect it could have on an individual’s health. Though it is true that
an individual effort has to be made in order to control the sugar intake,
governments can also take part in terms of the regulation of consumption.
To begin with, governments can make an
effort to regulate sugar intake in many ways. First of all, the advertisement
of the harmful effect of excessive sugar intake may take a role. Also, the
products that are in the market can be carefully scrutinized by the government
to regulate their sugar contents. With the proper advertisement and regulation,
the government can make people aware of the dangers of an excessive sugar
intake.
Though the government may take a big part
in sugar regulation and health promotion, the individual acknowledgement of
consequences and monitoring has more significance (지금과 같은 discuss both 유형에서는 각 입장을 다루는 본론 문단에 가치 판단이 들어가서는 안 됩니다. 즉 ~라고 주장하는 사람이 있다라고 적는 게 좋아요. 이는 윗 문단도 마찬가지입니다.). The government can only help
people realize the dangers of sugar, and it is all an individual effort from
then on. In a recent survey done in a health center in Manchester, it was found
that the individuals who were willing to abide by a diet program had more
significant health improvement than the group who were forced to be part of the
program. This example makes it clear that the health improvement only comes
with individual effort and many programs provided by the government is only
there to assist.
In conclusion, the government may take an important
role in the sugar regulation and health promotion. However, I strongly believe
that an improvement of health can only be achieved with individual
determination to follow a healthy lifestyle according to the advises given by
experts (이를 대신해저 조금 더 실질적이고 윗 본론을 요약할 수 있는 근거를 찾아주세요.).
