It is a common belief that the students
have to study their chosen occupations in high school. However, I firmly
believe that they should learn regular subjects in high school because the
regular subjects are the important knowledge that they have to know before they
become an adult, and they can also learn their chosen occupations later in university.
To begin with, the regular subjects are the
important knowledge that the students must know before they become an adult. It
is evident that the regular subjects like language, history, and science are is the
basic knowledge that most of people will continually use in their life. Also, sometimes
many people get wrong information because of their lack of knowledge.
Therefore, the students have to learn subjects like science to distinguish
correct and incorrect information. Moreover, by knowing well about history,
people can get some advice to solve their problems from it. All this knowledge
can be studied from regular subjects that the students (pupils 등 동의어가 그럭저럭 있으니까 잘 활용해주세요!) are learning from high
school, and otherwise they have to learn them by themselves which is hard for
everyone.
On top of that, the students can study
their chosen occupations later in university. In addition, they will be able to study
more deeply by using their basic knowledge which come is from the regular subjects
they had studied in high school. Some people might concern about the students
don't have not having (표현을 정확하게 바꾸면 이렇게 되는데, 애초에 그걸 떠나서 줄임말은 풀어써주셔야 합니다.) a chance to study their chosen majors before they go to the
university. However, they can change their majors even in university if they
think their chosen occupations are not suitable to them.
To sum up, the regular subjects are the
basic knowledge that the students must learn in high school and they can still study
their chosen occupations later in university. For these reasons, I argue that it is
more important to study the regular subjects than their chosen majors in high
school. |
