their lives in working. Compared to the amount of time spent on work, the
satisfaction about work is relatively low. There are many factors to satisfy
all workers and thus, the current job satisfaction method is not realistic.
This essay will discuss the list of factors that affect employee's job
satisfaction and then discuss about the unrealistic of job satisfaction.
The adequate job satisfactions could meet
by various factors. Since everyone has their own judgement on the level of job
satisfaction, it could be difficult to meet all that demands by the companies.
Many workers are unable to aware of their actual needs, because they do not
know what factors can contribute to their satisfaction. Many of them would
believe the satisfaction of work can be derived from the monetary value.
However their true desire might be related to the working environment or the
time.
Currently, all companies treat all
employees in a same manner, because they have too many workers to manage for
each demand. Since employees get treated the same, their job satisfaction level is low. If all
employees get the same contrapositive, they might lose their character and
their self-confidence. Everyone wants getting recognised for their hard work,
but the companies are unable to provide the adequate job satisfaction that the
employees seek.
The ideal type of company is, to provide
the work place where people can feel the intrinsic satisfactions for their
work. However, this is practically impossible. Companies do not have the
sufficient time and finances to provide the optimum level for the job
satisfaction for all employees.
In conclusion, there are the practical
difficulties to determine the employee's adequate work environment. Companies
would not be able to contribute relevant factors to meet the job satisfaction
for each employee, due to the insufficient resources. |
