The graph shows the number of male and female workers in 1975 in several employment sectors of the Republic of Freedonia. Overall, all the sectors of employment had higher number of male employees than female, especially manufacturing sector had the biggest difference. However, there was a sector that had almost same number of employees which was communications. In the non-defence public sector had greatest amount of employees for both women and men which were about 700,000 and 900,000 respectively. Conversely, the number of employees in public sector of defence was more than 200,000 for male and less than 100,000 for female which were lowest in the graph. Approximately 300,000 number for both women and men was the employees in the sector of communications, and it was the only sector that had little difference between the gender difference. By contrast, manufacturing was the sector that had the biggest gap between male and female employees which were around 600,000 and 300,000 each. Male employees were triple of female. |
