Overall, it is obvious that there are 8 steps in order to produce instant noodles, commencing with flour being pumped out from the storage silos and finalising with labeling and sealing cups.
Initially, the flour used to make instant noodles are transferred from the storage silos by truck to the mixer where water and oil are added to blend the flour with water and oil. After that, the mixer produces dough sheets that are rolled by rollers; these are separated into many long dough strips. The fifth stage is that noodle discs are made from the dough strips and are processed under the machine which cooks and leaves it dried. Then all noodle discs are put into cups where vegetable and spices are added in. Finally, the process concludes with the cups being labelled and sealed to be displayed on the market.
