These days, a lot of people decide to run
their business rather than to work at companies or organizations. There are
various factors why individuals make decisions to be self-employed.
Nevertheless, this phenomenon has many disadvantages and risks for self-employed
people and their society.
There are several reasons why nowadays, the
majority of people make a choice to run their business. First of all, most
individuals want to work freely without any interruptions because when people
work at a company, they are pressured by co-workers and their seniors. For this
reason, some employees could get stressed out easily and feel frustrated, so
they resign their jobs and choose to be self-employed. Furthermore, a lot of
corporations are reluctant to hire new workers since as technology has drastically

of unemployment has risen, and employees are forced to launch their own business.
This phenomenon could have a lot of

usually go through financial hardship since their income is unstable.
Therefore, self-employed people sometimes borrow capital from banks and go into
debt. If this case continues to be shown is more and more, social costs could be increased, and it
will be a huge burden to the government. Likewise, when the number of
self-employed individuals gradually rises, it could have detrimental effects on
themselves and the whole community regarding the financial crisis.
In conclusion, nowadays many people tend to
run their enterprise because they want to work without outer pressure, and the social condition also makes them be self-employed. However, this case could
negatively affect the self-employed and whole society since economic hardship might
happen to them. |
