The bar chart below depicts the proportion of males and females doing regular physical activity in 2010.
In overall, it is noticed that women generally do physical activity than men. Furthermore, while age from 15 to 64 shows definite difference between two genders, both males and females answered in almost the same percentage.
The bar that illustrates 15 to 24 years old is the only one that has higher proportion of males doing activity than female. From 25 to 34 years old, 42% of men and 49% of female in these ages have answered they do, which is about more 6% of females than males.
Moreover, we can see that more than a half of women in 35 to 64 do physical actives. 35 to 44 is especially when the men actually do physical activity less than 40%. About 53% of women in 45 to 64 answered they do. Lastly, both males and females answered in the same percentage at 47%.
