The bar chart gives information about the amount of the physical activity Australian male and femal in different age groups did in 2010.
Overall, except for the group of 15-24 years old, female showed higher amount of the physical activity.
Men who are 15 to 24 years old showed the largest number in physical activity among men’s age group at 52.8%, while the largest number of the women’s group was 45-54 years old at 53.3 %. People who are 65 years old and over showed similar percentages of physical activity, but the group of 35 to 44 years old showed the largest gap between men and women, at 39.5% and 52.5 %, respectively.
It is noticeable that 15 to 24 years old men had higher percentage than women,. However, in next three age groups, women groups showed higher amount of activity than men’s group. From 24 to 54 years old, women groups had about 53%, but men’s numbers were about 45% or less. Also, it is crucial that the oldest age group were almost similar in the number of physical activity, having 46.1% in men and 47.1% in women. |
