Everyone knows that diet is referred as an
endless homework in our daily life. It is true that a great number of people
make an effort on dieting these days. This can bring a new life for certain individuals
positively, but I think that it may affect severe health problems if people do
extreme diet.
To begin with, diet gives people to live
new life. It is clear that we protect or eliminate a variety of diseases by
doing diet. To illustrate this, nowadays obesity is a growing problem in many
countries, so most people are overweight than ones in the past. Hence, obese
people try to lose weight as they realize how dieting is important for their
lives. Clearly, as they make an effort to reduce their weight, several diseases
such as type 2 diabetes, cardio vascular illness and hear cancer can be
minimized from diet. This proves that people may feel born again to live more
healthily.
On the other hand, extreme diet brings more
severe problems for people’s health. We are required to consume the moderate
amount of food to maintain our energy to move. However, some dieters avoid
eating as they consider that if they intake some food they would gain weight
straight away. Thus, they neglect to consume anything. In addition, those
people who are on extreme diet, they spend too much time on exercising to lose
weight too. This is indeed risky for maintaining a body balance. As a result,
they can be look slimmer after dieting than before, but their inner health
would be damaged like getting weakness of bones and muscles. They actually
devastate their bodies.
In conclusion, unhealthy body could convert
to better in terms of dieting, but in my opinion, extreme diet can bring more
dangerous health problems.
