millions but reached 25 millions. However, this dramatically rose to around 13
millions in 1989 and recovered to around almost 20 million in 1990. In
contrast, Australia exhibited a downward trend during the research period, by showing
a decrease from 17millions in 1986 to 12millions in 1990. Lastly, European
community saw a little bit of fluctuation from 1985 to 1988, but this number rapidly
grow to 15 millions in 1988 and finally reached 22 millions in 1990.
