The leaders or directors of organizations are often elderly people. However, some say that young people can also take the lead of organizations or companies. To what extent do you agree or disagree?
Nowadays, the young age group of leaders or
directors in organizations or companies become one of the topics of conversation.
For issue, some people argue that people have to also accept younger people as executives
or managers in corporations. I strongly agree with this opinion and am going to
explain the reasons below which can support my viewpoint.
To begin with, it is possible to generate
new paradigm shift or more proper solution for complex problems. The first
reason is that there is a difference in perspective between older and younger
people and the latter one’s generally suitable well in the twenty first century.
This is because they tend to have creative values and point of view. They are
usually made from what they are going through like social phenomenon and
culture. It means that there are some times when past experiences are not enough
to solve new accidents which never happened in the last generation. Also, young
directors who think out of box are able to improve the organization culture in
companies. For example, horizontal organization could increase morale and motivation
of employees, not hierarchy which declines their ability.
Secondly, the younger requires in order to
prepare and confront digital era. These days, it has been observed that data,
banknote and even service are being digitalized since science and technology in
all departments is more and more develop and their influence is also being stronger.
Unlikely the older, young men already have grown up and experienced in developed
world like smartphone, computer and so forth, so they are familiar with the
progressive change in digital part.
Thus, I personally think that younger
leaders can bring new concept more easily based on their unique ideas and the
suitability of digitalized twenty one century.
