It has generally been shown that the young generations tend to be frequently affected by their peers. I strongly believe that this tendency has more undesirable effects than benefits on young individuals.
To begin with, several disadvantageous consequences can be anticipated provided that young people are impacted by their friends. It goes without saying that juveniles do not have various experiences, so there is a slim chance that they come to the right decisions. Thus, they have to give priority to adult's opinions than their peers. For example, if some students conceive problems and worries, they can receive more appropriate answers than their peers by consulting with their teachers and parents who are well-trained for guiding students and have a hope their children will be happy.
Furthermore, most of the peer's influences such as fashion,make-up, and smoking are non-beneficial to people's future and career. However, unfortunately, the majority of teenagers are likely to absorb their peers' behaves like a sponge without caution. If it were not for critical and realistic judgments, they would accept indiscriminate actions and minds from their peers and these can lead them to go wrong directions. As a result, young people always should be careful pertaining to their friend's pressure and stick to their own opinions and beliefs since they have to eventually be responsible for their own lives.
In conclusion, in spite of the fact that peer pressure could generate a few positive impacts on young people., I would assert that it can trigger overwhelming unfavorable influences.
