Some people believe that sleeping is the only method which allows people to get enough relaxation. Others believe that physical activities such as playing games and exercises also provide enough relaxation. Discuss both views and provide your opinion.
A great number of experts has been recommending us that people living in the morden society should have sufficient sleep and this is the sole measure to fully take a rest. However, others assert that working out rather than sleeping could also offer a qulity time to relax. In this essay, I will identify both viewpoints and offer my perspective on this matter.
Decidedly, there are valid reasons why how good-quality sleep brings substantial energy and greater mood. First and foremost, sleeping is an essential desire that indivisual should have on a daily basis. Human beings have a tendency to multitask and our brains are operating with a great number of complex tasks during the day. Thus, it is true that setting the brain free from stressful work by sleeping, we can fully recover and start a new day positively. In addition, if someone is suffering from sleep deprivation, his or her satisfaction of lives also tend to be lower than others who sleep at least 7 hours per day.
When it comes to workout, there are numerous opinions that we should look at the importance of physical exercise. Initially, sports encourage individuals to socialize with others by palying games cooperatively. In addition, this also assists them to switch off thoughts and concerns regarding work as well as entirly concentrate on pysical activities. Therefore, it could be a measure to deal with their anxiety.
To sum up, this is true that the time we are dreaming is the only time we are officially capable of taking a rest during the day. However, exercises are also likely reduce the level of stress from the hustle and bustle of a city life. I personally believe that if individuals have a lack of sleep, it is difficulte to greatly perform as much as they want while they are enjoying pysical activities.

맞습니다. 며칠 쉬면 바로 감을 잃어버리기 때문에, 아무리 못해도 2~3일에 한 세트 씩은 꼭 풀어보시는 걸 추천드려요. 물론 직장 다니시면서 같이 병행하는 게 쉽지 않겠지만, 그래도 시험 전까지만 조금 더 힘내보세요!
이번 글은 철자 문제가.......조금 많습니다. 물론 다른데에서 점수는 다 벌어가겠고, 치치님의 목표인 6.5는 충분히 받을 거에요. 그러나 저는 7점을 보고 있기 때문에 조금 아쉽긴 합니다. 철자를 모르시는 건 아니고 그냥 타이핑의 감 문제이긴 하지만, 여튼 꼭 오타를 줄여주세요!
