The bar chart shows the percentage change in
average house prices in five cities, New York, Madrid, Tokyo, Frankfurt and
London, between 1990 and 2002 compared with the average house prices in 1989.
Overall, house prices of only two cities,
Madrid and Frankfurt, increased from 1990 to 1995 compared with in 1989. On the
other hand, the percentage change in most cities except excepting Tokyo rose up in 2002 between 1996 and 2002 rather than in 1989.
Between 1990 and 1995, the average house price
of Madrid and Frankfurt increased about 1% point and 2% point respectively
compared with in 1989. That of New York decreased 5% point and those of Tokyo
and London fell down about 8% point.
From 1996 to 2002, house price of four cities,
without apart from Tokyo, rose up rather than 1998. London’s house price surged over 10%
point. New York and Madrid increased 5% point and 4% point respectively. In
Tokyo, the average price fell down compared with in 1989 but it rose up a little
compared with between 1990 and 1995. Frankfurt’s price also increased about 1 % (붙여주셔야 합니다.) rather than compared to 1989 but decreased compared to rather than the price between 1990 and 1995.
