In Sydney, Melbourne, and Hobart, their percentages for going to a cafe in last 4 weeks accounted for over 60%, Melbourne, with the highest rate. Less than 45% of people in Sydney and Melbourne bought fresh coffee while about 46% and 47% of them bought instant coffee. In Hobart, there were about 16% differences between the rate for buying fresh coffee and instant coffee.
Similar patterns were shown in Brisbane and Adelaide, but with smaller rates. Under 35 percent of people in two cities bought fresh coffee whilst more than 50% and exact 50% of them bought instant coffee, respectively. Over 55% of Brisbane people went to cafe for beverages. In comparison, less than 50% of Adelaide people visited cafe for drinkings. |
