Nowadays, a lot of people are worrying about their health. It is a common belief that the average standard of people's health will remain as same as now in the future. However, I firmly believe that the average standard of people's health will be lower in the future compared to now.
To begin with, most people eat lots of manufactured foods, fast foods, meats, and snacks instead of healthy foods like vegetables or non-manufactured foods. Foods are very important factors related to people's health, so bad foods will affect people's health in negative ways. Therefore, people's health will be lower significantly in the future even it doesn't appear now. A recent study has shown that people who eat manufactured foods and fast foods very often have more possibility of becoming sick in the future, compared to people who eat healthy foods often.
On top of that, the amount of people exercise is less than in the past, and most people don't prefer to exercise often. Contemporary people are very busy with their work, so they don't have afford to exercise. However, people's health will get worse rapidly in the future if they don't exercise regularly and sit for a long time. For example, some people lose their health after they stop exercises because of their work.
To sum up, most people eat lots of bad foods like manufactured or fast foods, and they don't exercise regularly. For these reasons, people's health will be lower in the future than it is now.
