 These days, people in many countries can live longer than ever before because of modern medical systems and technology. However, some people say that there would be lots of problem which could be are generated by elderly people. But I firmly believe that the advantages from them will outweigh the disadvantages.

 To begin with, there would be problem about money with the ageing social members. Younger people should be pressed will be under pressure to insure the lives of elderly people. The number of people who should be supported would be increased per one person who can work as a member of society. As a result, this could be connected with conflicts between two groups and lower the quality of their lives.

 However, this problem can be resolved pardoxically by elderly people. Even if they are aged, they can still work longer than past in some part of society because of developing medical technology. The period of work age would be changed in the future. On top of that, They have more deeper and vast experience than younger generations. They can give some tips and advice for them. Working with people who devoted themselves in one kind of industry for more than 20 years could make make younger people more productive and efficient.

 In conclusion, it is fact that there would be some disadvantages with increasing number of elderly people in many countries, however, this could pardoxically make bring more advantages with them and their power.
