Keeping balance
between working and private lives is one of issues that people in a modern
society are struggling to accomplish. By failing to make balance in ones’
lives, they would suffer from being unhealthy physically as well as mentally.
However, this can be resolved by setting up reasonable goals which can be achieved
with other people.
The
significant problem with unbalanced lifestyle between working and other part of
lives, such as exercising, meeting people, is that people would lose their
health. That is because they do not have much time to spend on not only working
out on a regular basis, but also cooking healthy food for themselves. While longer
working hours takes most of parts in one’s daily routine, one tends to rather relax
and deliver the food on their free time than go out to move one’s body or cook
fresh food. Additionally, the relationship with family and friends would be also ruined
during due to the reduction in less time to talk to them. Speaking with others is important part of one’s
life as it is one of ways to express one’s emotion, especially when they are
depressed, or having tough time.
Nonetheless,
this situation can be relieved by making practical goals to do on their (앞의 this situation 도 그렇고, 여기의 경우도 문단에 처음 등장하는 대상이 대명사로 서술되지 않도록 신경써주세요~) daily
lives. First of all, the companies can motivate employees by giving them some
benefits, such as more holidays, or incentives, when they success in ‘working out
project’. Project’s goals can be attending the gym three times a week for a
month or losing weight in a month. In the meantime, guaranteed dinner or
leisure time with family and friends at least once a week, such as going to the
cinema or taking a walk together, would be also able to be the time that people ones
can soothe their stress.
To sum up,
it is clear that most people these days fail to spend their time on working and
other parts of lives equally, which can lead them to suffer from unhealthy lives.
The issue, however, can be solved by making and performing practical goals in
daily routine. |
