As
society has become more competitive, education of young generation has been intensifying
these days. Therefore, most teens spend a considerable amount of time doing
school works and extra studying and some people argue that this causes positive
effects for children. However, I believe that scarcity of free time brings
critical damages for teenagers. First
of all, if children only concentrate on their studying without sufficient free
time, the majority of youngsters would be overwhelmed with high pressure of
studying they have to deal with. Hence, they need pleasant distraction to wind
down from stressful matters caused by studying in order to refresh. This is because
managing stress play a significant role in teen’s mental health as well as the
ability to keep up with their studying. Moreover, the sufficient free time
leads teens to have a time to mingle with friends and to interact with their
family. This types of activities are highly required for teens to improve
social abilities and to know the importance of interpersonal communication. Secondly,
spending long time to study causes the lack of physical activities that results
in children’s unhealthy. It is a true fact that stationary life style enables
children not only to have bad posture but also to loss their stamina. Honestly,
since studying consumes a substantial amount of stamina, an extensive variety
of exercises are requisite for children to get back to their studying.
Additionally, if children do not have opportunities to strenghten their fitness
when they are young, it would cause a concerning problem on society because
demanding medical support will be increased in the future, and their ability to
work will be definitely reduced due to weakness.
In
conclusion, I strongly concur that deficient free time for children brings various
negative effects in terms of both mentally and physically health of children,
and those unhealthy life may contribute to damaging on society. |
