This graph depicts the number of tourists visiting a particular Caribbean island between 2010 and 2017. This graph includes information on two types of visitors, which are visitors staying on cruise ships and visitors staying on island. The total number of tourists visiting a Caribbean island increases as time goes. And it records up to 3 millions in 2017. At first, the number of visitors who stayed on island was more than the number of the visitors who stayed on cruise ships. However, as the time goes by, people tended to visit the island by staying on cruise ship more than by staying on island In 2010, approximately 250,000 tourists visited the island by staying on cruise ships. In 2011, the number slightly jumped up to 500,000. But, In 2012, it became 250, 000 again and rebounded to 500,000 in 2013. From 2014 to 2017, the number of visitors who travel the island on cruise ship increased consistently. It goes up to 1 million, 1.25 million, 1.5 million and 2 million for each year. On the other hand, the number of tourist who visited the Caribbean island in 2010, was originally approximately 500,000 more than the number of visitor by cruise ships. However, as the number of people who travel on cruise ship increased consistently from 2013 to 2015, the number of tourists who stayed on island remained as 1.5million during the time. As a results, In 2016, the number of traveller who stayed on cruise ship recorded more than the number of visitors who stayed on island in 2016. |
