To whom it may concern, My name is Chris. Last week, I visited your restaurant for my wife's birthday. However, due to your service, we experienced that we should not have again. That is why I am writing this letter.
We ordered two beef stakes, but it took so long to get the menu. We are starving, but the server did not mention and explain the delay and did not come to my table before the dish came out.
Also, I checked my credit card bill and realized that you overcharged the price. I called the manager, Jeff and had a conversation about this situation, but he said he could not do anything to solve the problem. I am very disappointed by his reaction and want you to solve the problem.
I want a partial refund of the price. This should proceed remotely because I am so busy to visit the restaurant in person again because of your mistake.
