Nowadays, we can find huge development in our social media. In the past, social media was very unique thing, however these days people can handle many kinds of social media more easily than before, especially young people. Some people believe like this situation can make a lack of physical exercise to young people and, I agree with their opinions.
In the past, people didn't have some various kinds of social media, to them, hanging out with friends or spending time in outside was only way to used their time. If they wanted to know news, people should go the outside and this situation is so different with these days. As I said before, nowadays we can find high-quality's social media easily, we can know some news in our small room or hang out with friends in social media. Also if we should ask some questions for the people, no need to go outside, instead just turn on our social media and send messages to them. Like this, we live so comfortable society now, as this situation, people don't have any reason to go outside.
Also, we can find accurate research for these days young people's exercises amount, which one written down for South Korea's government. In that document, they compare nowadays young people and the past young people. The result is these days people's exercise amount is quite smaller than another group's amount. As I said, these days no need to go outside so many young people just spend their free time to playing games or watching TV shows in their place. So they receive a small percentage in the research.
In fact, these times young people should spend their own time in outside, hang out with friends with outside or if have some time do exercise is also a good way. People should spend more time for their exercising and protect own health.
