It is a well known fact that a number of doctors argue that old people should do work out periodically, however lot’s of elderly patients do not attempt to do exercise daily. Since doing fitness on a daily basis would a significant benefit for old people in various ways, I firmly agree with that they should do work out on a daily routine.
First of all, there are some argument that numerous doctors convinced that older patients should spend much more time to exercise. However, elderly do not focus on daily work out and stay their most of time for a rest. To my way of thinking, there are several reasons, firstly, they do not have great physical capacities so they do not want to move their bodies on a frequent basis. In addition, as they have less staminas, they could not do exercise as long as the doctor’s advice. Secondly, exercising in a daily routine is based on who’s previous habit so if an elderly patient are not a person who do work out regularly, it would be difficult challenging for them.
Nevertheless, doing work out is still have brought considerable effects regardless of ages. Especially in elderly, countless researches show remarkable results such as prevent diseases like heart disease and diabetes, and maintain great mental because of endorphin which come out after exercise. For these reasons make doctors ask their patients do exercise. Luckily, there is a solution, which could tackle that issues properly tackle, that doctors should make their old patients in a group for physical activities. Then, during exercise together, they could get more interest as they that activities seems to have a fun with friends. Also, it helps avoid depression as well since they have a socializing activity, too.
Overall, it is no doubt that there are countless positive impacts that old people should do exercise regularly. However, we also do not underestimate their staminas at the same time because they have aged a lot. Therefore doctors in hospital and family of old patients should find a certain way to make them work out frequently and properly.
