Your Answer ▼It is often argued that professionals should work in the country where they trained. Some people assert that professionals such as doctors and engineers should be required to get a job in the country where they did their trainning. On the other hand, there are some people claim that they should be free to work in another country if they want to. First of all, some people say that people who has a professional job should not be available to work in other countries because they think their country’s distinct technologies can be exposed to other countries. For example, if professionals such as doctors and engineers learned some unique thechnologies from Korea, they should use that technologies to help people who live in Korea and give positive effects to Korean society. Because, if professionals work in another contry, the distict technologies may used for other country’s profits and bring negative effects to Korea. In contrast, other people believe that professionals should be allowed to get a job in other countries. Some people say that they should respect professionals’ own opinions and It is clear that choosing countries is up to them. In my opinion, if professionals desire to work in other countries, they should be free to work in anywhere because they may bring some positive effects to both two countries where they trained and where they work. In addition, they can get a good chance to develop both two countries. For instance, by sharing useful technologies and cooperating with other countries, we can exchange cultures and get more strong technologies than before. It must be effective to both two countries. To sum up, It is clear that there are many benefits of this topic because professionals may bring positive effects to both two countries if they work in another country. However, there are also significant drawbacks because our own unique technologies could be exposed to other countries. I think they should be free to work in any countries regardless of where they did their training.
