It is clear that recycling the waste
produced in home is not sufficient. Thus, many claims that the government needs
to intervene legally to raise the recycling. I believe that the control of the
government is required to make individuals to better recycling.
Some people suggest that the intervention
of the government is not necessary. First of all, the legal control sometimes
causes the negative response from individuals. The restriction by raw can be
felt too strong by people and this occurs the opposite response such as not
doing recycling well. Also, making a new rule is very complicated and it can
cause another drawback such as increasing tax
and the cost of recycling bags. For these reasons, many claims that the legal
control of the government is not needed for inducing more recycling.
In spite of the above arguments, there are
several opinions on the legal requirement for increasing recycling. Firstly,
law is the most powerful method to promote the action of people. It is
undeniable that recycling by themselves is not enough. Thus, the government
needs to put pressure on individuals to recycle the waste. Secondly, the legal
makes people realize the importance of the problem. To make the new legal, many
people who are related to recycling will discuss on the current situation and
that gives individuals seriousness and
responsibility of recycling. Therefore, the government needs to set the law for
recycling.
In conclusion, there are both sides of the
legal requirement on recycling. I am convinced that the stricter method like
law is necessary for promoting individuals to recycle the waste from homes. |
