Everyone has a preferred own eating preference. In general, many people seem to choose cooking at home with their preferred ingredients. In my opinion, however, I think it is better to visit food stands or restaurants for the following two subsequent reasons.
First and foremost, it is more satisfying to visit restaurants offering us a lot of services because by expending some money, we deserve to receive their services. To be specific, when we plan to hold a special event such as a birthday party or graduate party, preparing at home can be a burden to us, which requires a lot of efforts and costly embellishments. In contrast, while going to luxury restaurants, although we may spend some money, we can get unique memories. For example, four years ago when I graduated from high school, my parents planned my party to celebrate it. My relatives and kinships were supposed to visit our home and my mother suggested an idea to hold the party at a famous, popular restaurant near our home, Pizzeria. Thus, they provided us with as friendly services as their reputation and our kinships and family could have good memories. This experience demonstrates that if my mother held the party at home, such good memories would not exist.
In addition, eating at restaurants or food trucks is very practical to many busy modern people because it allows us to save a lot of time. Specifically, many people are very busy dealing with their works or tasks. Especially, when it comes to business men and women, it is impossible to go to their home to have lunch. In fact, they do not have enough time to cook for themselves so that they tend to visit a restaurant at lunchtime. For instance, there is a poll conducted by the Korea Business Company Organization with 500 random workers. The purpose of the survey is to understand the preference of eating places. The majority of respondents argued that most of the workers were not given enough time to eat their meals and many companies include their eating time into the working time. An overwhelming 89 percent responded that they prefer visiting a restaurant to eat some food simply and saving their time.
In conclusion, taking the aspects of satisfying services and efficiency of time into consideration, I prefer eating at restaurants or food stands. Never should we forget that this issue may have a huge impact on our future.
