It is generally agreed that the best method to reduce
our stress level by spending time together. Some people will say that spending some
time alone is more effective way to relieve our stress. In my opinion, I also
believe that the best way to relax and reduce stress is by spending some time
alone for a couple of reasons.
First of all, spending some time alone when I feel down
and stressed can motivate me to express my feeling free. It helps me relieve
our stressed and makes us feel better. Additionally, it is a significant role
of saving time to change our mind. For example, my brother has loads of study,
so he is always stressed. At that time, he usually plays with his close friends
but sometime he spend a time alone, watching TV, movie, drama and so on. Then,
it stimulates him to reduce his stress level well. On the other hands, when we
spend our time with our friend, it cannot permit me to express our feeling free
due to our friends. Therefore, I think spending some time alone is crucial to
people.
Secondly, reducing our stress level alone can make me
improve our mental strength. Mental strength plays a key role in success our
work. Additionally, a study shows that people with mental strength might be more
success in their work. For example, my sister really affects stress due to his
coworker. But, she tries to handle her stress well, so she sometimes spends her
time alone and get over the stress. As a result, she gets prize in her company.
On the other hand, we cannot improve our mental strengthen by spending our time
with friends during stressed and we depend on our friends easily. Hence, we can
improve our mental strength during getting over stress.
All in all, I believe that spending some time alone has
a few advantages such as motivating our feeling free and improving our mental
strength. Therefore, I wholeheartedly agree with the statement that by spending
some time alone is the best way to relax our stress. |
