To begin with, in modern society, improving schools determine national competitiveness. If government assists schools with more money, its quality of education will rise along with rising in overall national knowledge level, Korea is an excellent example of this. Korea has little for natural resources but this country make people be social resources by educating. In Korea, average academic level is quiet high as most of highschool students enter the universities. This trend illustrate main factor of success in the country is progress of schools. On top of that, economic disequilibrium could be decreased by enhancement of schools. Citizens who educated in good school have more chances to work in various of sites.
