The writer
claims that people learn better from those at same level with them. Considering
traditional classes, this argument is seemingly wrong because we mostly were
taught by professors or lecturer whose level of knowledge is much higher than
us. However, to learn learning is not limited to
the several subjects or textbooks that we were taught in classrooms. It
means to accept something new: experiences, knowledge, or fresh point of view.
(의미없음) In this sense, I
agree with the statement with these following reasons.
To begin with, we can broaden our horizons when we are with people at the same
level. In my case, I tend to talk more when I am with friends. Suppose you are
with your senior manager or professor, you might not talk much than when you
are with your friends whose levels are more close closer to yours. Having
more conversation means that we can actively trade our diverse ideas and
knowledge. Therefore, this leads to broadening our
horizons that can improve our learning.
On top of that, we learn better by asking questions. To ask why is the most
important thing when you are in the process of learning. However, normally it
is difficult to ask why a lot when you are not with people with similar level-formal
meetings(formal meeting에도 learning이 있나요), classes-even if
we all know why questions are essential in learning. On the other hand, if you
are only with your friends or classmates you will feel free to ask many
questions certainly including why. Consider a debate class. Participants reach
to conclusions by asking questions and challenging each other. Moreover, we are
able to find different point of views points of view in
questioning and being questioned by others.
In conclusion, I strongly agree with the statement that people learn more those
at same level with them. This is because they can broaden horizons, and learn a
lot by asking many questions.
