There have been varying opinions whether physical
exercise is more important for older people that for younger people. Some
people argue that exercise is more necessary for younger people. However, I
believe that exercise is essential for older people to keep (themselves) in shape. This is because the more
activity older people do, the more health
(healthier) they will get.
To begin with, it is very
necessary for older people in modern times
(days) to exercise for healthy. In other words, for older people, exercise gives many
advantages. There is a great example supporting this idea. My
grandfather who exercises (has been exercising) regularly during (for) 10
years do (does)
not has (suffer
from) any illness. so, exercise is very
important for older people. And this acting
(also) leads to many profits
(benefits besides health). Also this profits have (Exercising has) positive effects not just on oneself, but also (on) many other matters such as formed good body shape and clean (healthy)
skin. For this reason, I think exercise is good for aged people.
On top of that, if older people do not exercising (exercise)
they would (will
not) be able to have vitality life. A recent survey from
Statistic Commission in United Nations revealed an interesting result: 97
percent of those surveyed, people who do not exercise, think that their life was so boring. This
high percentage provides a basis for the opinion already mentioned. To be specific, this outcome is because do not exercise in life brings out detrimental influences
include (of) solitude and gloomy
(coming from the lack of physical activity).
Through survey’s result and effects,
we can know that (regular) exercise regularly
is rational behavior for older
people.
To conclude integrating the positive and the negative aspects mentioned above, I strongly believe that physical exercise is more important for older people that for younger people.
