The lecturer argues that the habit to (of) get(ting) up early is not the perfect one for everyone, especially
(for) the type of
night owl(s). (State how
does reading passage describe this?) He reputes the reading passages by
giving some scientific studies.
First, those who are not suited for the type of (to be)
early bird might lose thier health. This is mainly because people have their
basic sleeping time and if this is (people do) not properly filled
(sleep), they haven't
balanced on their lives that they might go to sleep early. This
point reputes the reading passages which say(s)
that people spend more time to (doing) their private activities by getting up early,
because the night-owls people don't
have enough time to sleep and thus it breaks their natural rhythm and they are
faced with the risk of getting sicked.
(There’s too much information in a single sentence.
A paragraph of this length should have 4 to 5 sentences. Cut the sentence every
once it reaches a comfortable length for you.)
Second, there is clearly a natural rhythm for each
one. This is due to the fact that people have their own genes and those (that)
decide their lifestyles. Therefore,
if people are forced to switch their natural types, they have difficulties in
continuing the daily routine. They might be tired on rest of the day and do not
function well. This example (what has just been said is not an example) reputes
the reading passages' viewpoint that the quiet and peaceful environment in the morning
make people focus on their task more effectively.
