▶ Your Answer :
In some countries,
teenagers work for money while they are still students. In contrast, in some
countries, people tend to think they should not work in order to focus on their
studying. In some countries, it is even illegal for them to earn money. As far
as I am concerned, it is very good for them to work from three reasons.
First of all, by
earning money themselves, they can realize the preciousness of money. When they
do not know how hard earning money is, they are likely to waste their money.
For example, they can spend too much money to get cosmetics or clothes.
However, if they understood the difficulty of earning money, they would try to
save it and would be more careful to spend it.
Secondly, by experiencing
working themselves, they can understand their parents. When children become
teenagers, they are apt to spend more time with their friends and less time
with their parents. Also, they are prone thinking that their parents do not
understand them and in many cases, they have a conflict with their parents. However,
by experiencing earning money themselves, they are able to know how hard
working is. For example, they would understand how hard working everyday repeatedly
is and how tired waking up early day after day. Such realization would have
good effect for their relationship with their parents.
Last but not least,
they can get opportunities to find out their hidden talents or interest that
they did not know before by working experience. Although, they learn many
subjects from literature to music, sometimes studying in the classrooms is not enough
for them to figure out their dream job. By working themselves outside of
school, they can get chances to find out what they really want to be and achieve
in their life.
It would be very hard
for them to work and study at the same time. However, considering its effects, I am sure that working themselves is worth it. |
