any competitions. With this understanding, I believe that being discriminated
from everyone is better than being same to others for the following reasons.
To
begin with, individual characteristics originally possessed by personnel is the
key factor to be succeed in a competition such as job interview. Around us, we
can find a diversity of talented people who maybe good at delivering his own
thought to others or frequently conceiving a novel idea exclusively over
others. Despite there are a few preferences in the pool of individual
characteristics, we need to stress our original strength whenever we are
competing with others. For example, my best friend had been struggling to get a
job for a long time. During the harsh period, he had attempted various
strategies to be employed. One day, he imitated another applicant in an
interview by speaking and conducting like him; he looked so smart that my
friend felt that he was very competent. However, the result was desperate. He
diverted to another approach in which he tried to reveal his unique expertise
knowledge and experiences to the interviewers. In time, he was chosen as the
most prominent applicant in the interview, and he now work at the one of
greatest global company. This implies that being distinct is a powerful
strategy in such a competition.
On
top of that, being distinguished from others enable people to find hidden
ability unknown yet by themselves. Nowadays, sustainable education during a
whole lifespan is considered important for living in a successful life. This
implies that we need to explore our undiscovered potential continuously for
life. When we prepare such an interview, we naturally attempt to find our
strengths. As a result, we can further progress in individual development
through the procedure of the self-assessment. For example, I was eager to find
my uniqueness dominant over others, when I was looking for a job. I spent a lot
of time on the task as much as six months. At the point when I felt embarrassed
at no finding, I realized that I was good at sympathizing to other people. I
highlighted this profitable trait to interviewers, and I was eventually chosen
by them. Thus, I now believe that the procedure to be distinguished from other
might make us be eminent over others.
