Do you know what was the hardest thing of my life? It is going bed early, and getting up early. In orther words, it is being a morning person. This is still on-going process, though. It might sound very easy for you, but if you haven't tried at least one time, you would never know how hard it is. Like this, time management which one intends to make is quite demanding and arduous. Even though it is still hard to keep in track in such harsh schedule with temptation of overnight talking with my friends and games, I will still endeavor to overcome my indolence because I know it is crucial and beneficial.
To start with, having enough time is very essential for achieving a great feat. With 10,000 hours of practice, one would definitely be an expert of that specific field. For those who complain that they have no time to do something, I want to urge them to scrap all wasting time that they squander unconsciously. It might end up with more than few hours, and that is great amount of time to start something.
Actually, there is more important thing than just having enough time through a good management. It is efficiency. To be more specific, how well people use their time is superior than how much they use. It is no doubt that time goes fast--not just fast, but "really" fast. While I was studying my TOEFL test, I figured out with few blinks of eye, a day disappears. It becomes more evident when you are doing something important or interesting. In this case, time management is especially necessary because without thorough thought, time runs away quickly. I have learned this point by studying how to write well. To write well, I have to make a good outline first which is just like having time management before starting something. Without a constructive outline, 30 minutes in this essay might feel like 3 minutes. How disasterous it would be!
Students alone cannot acquire such a demaning task. As such, time management should be prepared and practiced while they are in school, work, or extra-curricular activites. By practicing and struggling to be a morning person getting up early, now I found a true meaning of old saying goes, "time is gold." Actually, time is probably more precious than gold because time is not replacable or attainable after wasting it.
