It is often said that the government should invest its budget in the economic areas. This is because the economic improvement is directly linked to the enhancement of the country’s power in the world. However, in my point of view, spending much money on the environment is more beneficial because it is an effective way to reduce the environmental pollution and the economic issue is not a desperate matter.
First of all, the investment in the environment facilities and researches related to the environment would reduce the global pollution level effectively. It is obvious that spending the environmental facility and studies would lead to reduce reduction of the emission level of harm gasses such as carbon dioxide. Therefore, the investment would improve the quality of our environment positively. For example, in South of Korea, in order to improve the quality of natural environment our government spent its budget on eco-friendly industries and laboratories. As a result, the environment quality has increased by geometric progression. This implies that the environment investment by government enhance the quality of human’s life.

다소 논리적이지 못하다는 생각이듭니다 :)
In addition, the economic development is not a desperate matter. It is common that most company adjust the amount of their investment in order to enhance their product’s quality according to the relationship between the supplies and demands of markets. Thus, the market economy is developed without the government’s investments and regulations. Adam smith who is an economist insisted insisted that ‘invisible hands’ exists in the world of economy. This implies that the economic is naturally adapted by the market principle. (need more explanation/ detail / exemplification.)
In brief, investing money on environment is effective way to solve the environmental problems in the long run. Also, the investment in economical areas is not necessary. That’s because it is regulated and developed naturally. With small chances such as this, we can make a better society. |
