As the competition is more and more intensive, many companies concern what system is more effective, how to organize their resources. One of them, the flexible working arrangement, is benefit to the company? Or it just causes confusing and extra charges?

I strongly support the idea of the that flexible working arrangement is not useful, in that, it can break employee communication and cooperation in company, even in family gathering.
(자잘한 문법을 자주 틀리면 전체적인 점수에 크게 영향이갑니다.) First of all, the flexible working arrangement makes employee communication and cooperation be reduced or impossible in a company. Suppose that someone requests some data in order to end up his or her own daily duties to the other department and tries to contact to the related parties, then he is out of office! Maybe he is spending spends time enjoying with his family or has is having a leisure time and rest, but co-worker in company at that time has to check their other colleges’ schedules and eventually has extra works. ?? Except working independently or doing creative job needed unrestricted time in order to creative behavior, most of people are connected and segmented as a whole body so one cell is not functioned and the others have a difficult time to working. ?? For example, while I worked for company and had a partial strike, several employees were out of office for a constant time. People couldn’t finish their job and have to just wait, with leaving assignment for the other day. What’s more, the flexible working arrangement makes a bad influence on family gathering. Everyone worked under the working environment with routine working late is prefer night working hour to morning working hour, such as researchers and developers of IT industry. Then family can’t gather together because it happens that children go to school in the morning and fathers work at night. So, if not one hour later or earlier, it can ruins family and more extent, friends and other relations. In conclusion, I believe that the flexible working arrangement has crucial defects rather than advantages because first, it blocks employee communication and cooperation in company and secondly, it bothers even family gathering. |
