Recently, general awareness about whether a person's childhood years are the most important years of in a person's life or not has aroused heated arguments. People have conflicting ideas; while some people believe that a person's childhood years are the most significant stage of in a person's life, others deem otherwise. I am in agreement with the formal stand because people are so easily influenced during their early childhood. Furthermore, some of the experiences or memories in early childhood never go away from one's mind.
The first and most noteworthy reason is that children are heavily influenced by a number of factors because they are so innocent. Due to their lack of experiences about people and world, they are so vulnerable for everything. To take my cousin's case as an example, when she was about five years old, one of her uncles mocked her overall apperances appearance. Even though it was just a joke, she took it as such a shame because she was so young and innocent. As a result, she started to lose her confidence for not only regarding to her apperances appearance but also to her works or activities at in her kindergarten.
Another equally important reason is that some of the experiences or events in one's early childhood remains remain so vivid throughout his or her rest of lives. These never go away from one's mind. Therefore, they may affect one's life either positively or negatively. There is an a great example how one's early childhood event influence his or her life negative ways. In the book “the Kite Runner” written by Khaled Hosseini, the main character Amir witnessed his friend Hassan's sexual abuse by authorities. Since he couldn't help his friend Hassan from an awful abuse, he has felt an enormous guilt about Hassan in for the rest of his life rest of lives. Therefore, he always put himself too harsh throughout his life. This guilt and desire for forgiveness led him to his life journey to his hometown that totally changed his life. This book demonstrates how Amir's vivid memory of his early childhoold childhood affects his whole life.
Considering all the statements above, there are many things to be considered, however, I firmly belive believe that a persons' person’s childhood years are the most important years of a person's life because children are so easily effected by a number of trivial factors. Moreover, some of events that happend happened in their childhood stay so vivid in their mind throughout their lives.
