It is often said that spending time with someone such as friends and family is effective way to relax and reduce stress. This is because the discussion with someone for the stress causes draws the possible method to solve these factors. However, in my point of view, the time spending alone is good way to eliminate stress and relax for because I can increase the working efficiency through escaping from hectic life and consider about the method to avoid from the stress.
First of all, free from hectic life is important factor to increase human’s concentration level and work effectiveness. It is an undeniable fact that people have lots of considerations and responsibility because modern competitive society requires people diverse activities and many works. As a result, these factors increase the human’s stress level. Therefore, people are definitely necessary to avoid this society with hectic structure through spending some time alone due to the positive effect on the work effectiveness.
According to the survey announced the Seoul National University in 2009, the contribution level of a group of people who spend alone to relax and refresh is much higher than the other group of people who spend their refreshing time with someone. This implies that individual spending time without any hectic social factors plays significant a role of increasing the work efficiency.
In addition, individual relaxing time provide people to consider about the method prevent from stress causes. It is obvious that human life in modern society do not allow people their time. Therefore, people just live in the hectic world without any consideration for the stress sources. This apt make people’s stress increase dramatically. For this reason, the time for discovering the main causes of stress is essential. For example, Teasoo had just worked without any refreshing time. On the other hand, Youngjun had had periodically refreshing time for the analysis of stress causes. As a result, Youngjun had removed his stress effectively but Taesoo had suffered mental disease induces by stress. These examples show that the time realizing the stress source allows people to minimize the negative effect by stress.
In brief, spending some time alone is effective to increase their achievement for their works by escaping from competitive world and also make possible solutions to reduce stress level.
All in all, refreshing time alone in a short time make people a big change in their life. |
