In present day, everyone works. However, they all have a different purpose. Some works to make a living, some works to achieve something, and some works just because they love to do it. Those are most reasons of working.
Those who work to achive something are quite similar to those who work to make a living. However, they have a different puprose. Workes for achivement have a more specific purpose than living, such as traveling. They set a goal and tries to reach it, and when they reach their goal, they take a vacations and go travel. This method motivates workers and refresh them. For example, my father took a 2 month vacation, after he made amount of money to go himalaya. He went to India and Nepal to track in Himalya. After he cameback he looked really tired, but he said he was very happy and ready to work again. To get something, people works. This reason could look like selfish one, however this is good way to motivate the workers.
Also, There are people who work because they love it. They consider work as a joy and opportunity to develop themselves. Since they love why they are doing, they work hard and became better at it. It eventually became consequence of making more money and better life. They are also proud of what they are doing. To be specific, my father is a newspaper reporter and he loves his job. Evne his company is financially and politically weaker than other newspaper companies, he loves his job and always proud of it. He always says he won't have a better life without his job. Doing a job because they love it is by far the best reason of choices. This reason is good for individuals, they develop themselves, became happy when they work.
To sum up, there are lots of reasons to work. To make a living, achive somthing, and for affection. Working takes a big part of life and it could change your life. If reason of working is good they will have good time while working and if it's bad they will hate it. However, The best reason of working could be different for all people since everyone have a different view for values.
