▶ Your Answer : Some people think that it is not easy for modern families to eat their meals together. However, in my opinion, even though it is difficult for families to regularly eat their meals together, this may bring numourous benefits for family members. The reasons are that this gives opportunities children to receive assistance and all team members to alleivate stress.
First of all, having meals with family regularly will be a good chance to talk with family members, which makes possible to give and receive particular assistance from family members. To be specific, modern society is changing rapidly, so that we don't have enough time to communicate with our parents and children. Therefore, by eating meals with family regulary, parents are able to notice children's problems and chidrens can receive practical assistance naturally. For example, when I started to working at Design Company, I was suffering troubles relatied to a presentation. Eeven though, there were a lot of my peers at workplace, they couldn't help me, because they didn't have enough experiences and didn't know my situation exactely. On the other hand, my parent gave me many assistance such as how to create effective presentation and how to report to sufervisors. This was due the fact that they was knowing my situation through many communication time eatting brackfast everymorning as well as have an abundance of experience.
Also, another reason for my thinking this way is that eatting with family members makes us reduce stress. This is well known fact that when people eat a delicious food with loved one, endorpin is secreted in our body. This is because, having a good time with loved one makes us alleviate strees and feel happy. According to resarch conducted by Korea National Research Center in 2009, studens who have breakfast with family members everyday do better accademically than their peers who don't. Also, the studnets showed lower stress levels than other peers. This is because they gain emotional stability through mealtimes with family. This implies that eating meals with family is best time to relax and recharge drained energe
To sum up, having meals with family members allows us to help each other and releave their stress by talking each other regularly. In this regard, I firmly believe that it is very essential for families to have a meals together. |
