Thesedays, keeping our body healthy is relatively easier than in the past thanks to improved technologies and medications. Nevertheless, to be healthier is still one of our biggest issue. Now, let me tell you something that how do I do for good health.
Above all, in my opinion, proper amount of exercise is the most important things to keep our body healthy. It may help to abate fats which can cause some problems in our body and improve our fuction of body. Also it bolsters our tissues not to be easily infected by viruses. In my case, actually exercise helped me to brace for some diseases when i was sick. When i was young, i used to go to doctor because i had some alergys that made me hard to breath in the spring. However, since i have started jogging, it just gives me negligible problems.
Next, to have healthy food is also important factor to be healthy. It might affect large portion of our health. As I watched television, most people who suffered from diseases such as diabates or heart attacks had unbalanced meal. Some of them ate too much meats like more than five days in a week. and the ohters hate or even abhor eating vegetables.
Standard of living is getting better so that it makes people live longer. But people want not only to live longer, but to live healthy. And they are trying to find out the best way for them to keep their health and either am I. And i know that the way I have used is fit for me and i believe it would fit for the others because I know it would help me to become healthier. Therefore, I strongly believe that to do proper amount of exercise and eat healthy food is best way to keep health for me. |
