It might be widely accepted fact that concentrating only one job makes it possible to develop people who work own field how they do when they face hard time among co-workers and responsibilities. Even so, I am in favor of the suggestion that going through some of careers make them more beneficial in person: to be known methods that deal with many kind of person and to discover what one is really good at.
To begin with, working at different place teaches them how they work with peer group or cope with higher position. It is common that person who experiencing a wide range of area recognize what they have to do for their company and maintain good relationship among co-workers since they already experience a lot of hard time obviously during prior job. Thus they are prone to have less conflicts and problems in the future. For instance, when my cousin, Jun Kim, first started working at company A. However, he did not know how to deal with their co-workers and how many work he did. As a result, he engaged in amount of work even beyond other area to receive good impression. On the contrary, in fact, they were annoyed more than ever because they felt that he ignored them. Although he regretted his actions later, he could not undo the past.
In addition, going through several jobs gives the opportunities to find real job that fits them. Although people may feel as if they already satisfied with work place that they work now, there are many kinds of job in the world they have yet experienced before. Thus, if the more they going through several places, the more they meet wide field and broaden their perspective that is relevant to their future job. In my case, when I was middle school student, I want to become doctor because merely many people want to that. However, with passing through high school, rectifying my career, especially would like to become economist because I learned value of money during taking part-time job and learning financial class. In this sense, career that is worked in the future can be changed depending on own surrounding and experience. |
